Beach Lover's Giveaway!

We're approaching mid summer and lots of families are spending their summer vacations at the beach. The ocean is warm and the sand is hot and the only thing cooling us off is that wonderful ocean breeze. Don't you just love this time of year? Whether you're on the beach on in the house by the A/c, we want to hear about your summer. Have you visited an amazing beach or done something fun and exciting this summer? I know I have and there is more to come.

I love this giveaway. We live near the beach, and we spend a lot of time there.

This summer we bought a new camera, and I'm experimenting taking pictures at the beach - really fun.

Also, we went on a gondola ride on the water. Beautiful!

Thank you!

Great blog & giveaway! I love your shop, also! This summer I've been teaching ceramics to children at a summer camp. The best way to spend the summer if you ask me!

Great give away. Last week was vacation week. My husband and I scheduled ourselves to work around our house. Much to my surprise we took the week off from all work instead. We golfed, lounged around the pool and enjoyed the company of friends and family. Wonderful week together!

These would look great in my new beach themed guest bedroom!
We went to Disney World in May and we are going to Michigan City in September. We can't wait to stay at a lake house and just enjoy the beach!

Fan of your FB page, I would be going to the Emerald cast of FL if I could take a vacation this year, I have to be content with looking at photo's of the sea and beaches and put a light house, sailboat, sand dollar shell on my mantle to have a beachy feel, I am landlocked due to knee op, see my blog post about it here Here link

...I found your blog through your Etsy page after I recently purchased your BEAUTIFUL three-votive driftwood candleholder as a wedding gift for friends. I haven't been able to take a summer vacation yet because of work, but a lot of friends and family have been vacationing at our house! :) (We live on the Connecticut shoreline near a few gorgeous beaches.) Please pick me! Pick me! I'd love an air plant for the window. Now I'm headed off to "Like" you on Facebook. Thanks and happy driftwooding and seashelling at the beach!

My summer is spent living by the beach in North Carolina. The real fun is spending the summer patroling the beach looking for turtle nests so we can move them if need be, mark them, tape them off, and make sure they are safe. When the time comes we then "sit the nests" nightly to watch for the eggs to hatch and make sure all the baby turtles get safely into the ocean.

Thanks for this lovely giveaway! I'm on the western coast of India and while summer is officially over for the moment, this year was filled with fun memories. We took our two-year old son to the beach frequently and he loved every moment. He walks into the water as if he is Moses! The pail and spade now get used at bath-time and the shells we collected are decorating the bathroom.

Living a block from the beach on central Florida's east coast we feel as if we are on vacation every day of the year. We enjoy beautiful weather year round so we ride bikes and walk on the beach daily.

This summer I am a college graduate and I've made a big move to Bermuda where I'll be spending my first summer away doing activities from boating to snorkeling, rock jumping to dancing on beaches and bbq's to nights in town exploring! Even though I'll be working very had soon my summer never stops here in Bermuda :)

We have been visiting a remote area down Padre Island National Seashore. Locals call it Little Shell. The shoreline is covered with the most fabulous small shell mix. There are many sand dollars and larger shells as well. On one trip alone we collected over 50 sand dollars and tons of other treasures. The best part of it all is you rarely even see another person that far down. It's like your own private piece of heaven.

BOTH these items would go perfectly!.. No vacation for me. not well enough to go anywhere right now. But I live in south, so am blessed year round! Would be nice tho to have a week to pamper myself and get to a spa and beach resort!
